Do you have a mobile app?
We have PWA Support (Progressive Web App) so it can be added to the home screen in iOS via Safari, in Android via Google Chrome and even on PC. This will create a tile on your home screen which will allow you to access MyLittleSecrets like an app. For some help on how to do that please have a look at this image >>
Do you have any upload limits?
Yes, at the moment the maximum file size is 200 MB. We are listening to any feedback and if we have to we'll raise this limit in the future.
Supported file types for videos: .mp4, .mov (Encoded x264)
How can I delete my account?
At the moment we'll do this manually so you have to contact us regarding this case.
If you are a Creator with active Subscriptions, your account will be deleted once the last Subscription has expired.
If you add a new subscription you'll extend your deletion time.
We might have to keep your account and/or data for a while if your account has suspicious activity or is under any type of investigation as mentioned in our Privacy Policy. Under these circumstances, you will not be able to log in to your account. If everything is fine we can start the deletion process.
Once deleted, your account will not be able to be restored and you will have to create a new one. You will receive an email confirmation upon the successful deletion of your account.

Auto-renewal subscriptions
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Subscriptions may not auto-renew if:
- Your credit card was declined.
- If the subscription price has increased.
- Auto-renew was disabled by you.
Please review your account, make sure you have a valid credit card added to your third-party account and try to subscribe again if you wish to.
Chargebacks / Credit Card Disputes
Refunds
If a User seeks a refund from their credit card company or any other third-party services (eg. PayPal) the User’s access to MyLittleSecrets may be discontinued/banned. Purchases are final and non-refundable. You may unsubscribe for any reason, at any time, to ensure that you will not be billed for that subscription again. Please try to resolve the issue with the Creator and if you still have a problem you can contact us (MyLittleSecrets) to try to resolve it. Any amounts that Users seek to refund we will report to the Creator and might be removed from the Creator’s income regarding the outcome.
If you cancel a subscription
- Subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Turning off auto-renew prevents you from being billed the following month if you no longer wish to subscribe.
- You can turn off auto-renew for a subscription at any time. You will still be billed for the full subscription, and you will have access to the Creator’s profile until the end of the subscription.
- Visit your "My Subscriptions" page to see your active subscriptions.

Content not received
What can a Fan do if they tip for a video or send a tip but the Creator does not provide the desired content? Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund in these circumstances. Private messages and tips are voluntary contributions. MyLittleSecrets is a social network and our Creators are fully responsible for their own content. MyLittleSecrets cannot guarantee any particular activity nor influence the Creator’s decisions to manage their content. A Fan may try to contact the Creator directly with regard to this issue.
Any extra fees or charges?
No, we are really transparent and we don't charge any extra.

How do I start earning?
You have to register on the website and make sure you have the correct email on file then send your document (ID or Passport) for verification through the website. Once it's approved you are ready to earn. Don't forget to set your prices then you can start to post on your feed or send paid private messages.
Payout Percentages
Creators receive 83% of the revenue on their earnings including subscriptions, paid messages and tips.
The remaining 17% covers payment processing, hosting, support, and all other services which we have to provide for our users. We don't charge any extra or take any cuts from you.
Payouts
At the moment Paypal is available. We can also do crypto as the second option. When you request a withdrawal we start to process it after 3 working days. This is to give an additional security layer in case a Fan seeks or causes a refund or a chargeback and is successful, you will see an Adjustment in your balance and your request might be cancelled and you have to request again if you still reach the minimum withdrawal limit.

The minimum withdrawal limit is £20.
Account approval / account application requirements
In order to be approved as a Creator, two photos must be submitted which you can merge together to one photo or you can send the additional one to us by email.
- A close-up photo of your government-issued ID (passport, ID card, driving license).
- A photo of you (selfie) holding the same ID. Make sure your face is fully visible and the ID is fully visible.
Please note the following requirements which must be met for any uploaded image:
- All images must be in colour.
- Submitted documents must be a photo or a scanned copy. Electronic documents or a photo of a photo will be rejected.
- All 4 corners of the document must be visible.
- The entire government-issued, non-expired ID must be shown. No parts of the document may be redacted, covered, cut, or censored.
Rejected applications
Applications may be rejected for the following reason(s):
- Poor quality selfie with a government-issued, non-expired photo ID.
- Poor quality image of a government-issued, non-expired photo ID or passport.
- Provided ID is expired or will expire in less than 30 days.
- Provided ID is invalid or damaged (hole-punched, cracked/taped, cut-up).
- Provided ID is not government-issued and/or does not contain the holder’s photo.
- A secondary form of ID is required at this time (preferred: international passport with English characters).
- Images of the front and back of your government-issued ID are required.
- A photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie photo with your government-issued ID are required.
- Cover images or profile photos are misleading or confusing. Images should represent the type of content you intend to post.
- Cover image and profile photo do not match criteria, they cannot contain nudity and/or sexual material.
- Submitted account application for 2 or more Creators; additional documents are required:
- all Creator’s government-issued, non-expired IDs.
- all Creator’s selfie photos with government-issued, non-expired IDs.
- Submitted account promotes escort services, which are prohibited by our Terms and Conditions.
- Submitted account suggests direct contact with Fans, which is prohibited by our Terms and Conditions.
- Submitted Account suggests third-party payment processors or services in the About Section, website URL, cover image or profile photo.
- Submitted account owner is not over the age of 18.
Is nudity allowed?
Yes, nudity is allowed in your posts and messages but is not allowed in your profile avatar or header.
Stolen Content on Third-Party Sites
MyLittleSecrets takes content piracy seriously.
- Our team issues formal takedown notices against all reported copyright violations.
- Our team’s service is provided free to all of our Creators.
- Our team issues notices on all illicit target websites, hosting services, and domain registrars, while also notifying all major search engines of these infringements.
To file Copyright Infringement notices, Creators should send all supporting details and evidence via email or the contact form. Please provide the link to the page in question, as well as supporting screenshots. You may also click "Report" near the post with copyright infringement and select the option "This content contains stolen material (DMCA)". Removal turnaround time is on a case-by-case basis and dependent on the infringing website and due legal process. Please be advised that MyLittleSecrets does not have direct control over the actions of other websites but we will do our best to get stolen content taken down. We also encourage you to reach out to the website directly and let them know there are copyright violations.
Who can see MyLittleSecrets page?
The following details are visible on your public profile when someone visits the "Explore Creators" page:
- profile name
- @username
- avatar with cover picture
- category
Anyone who is registered to MyLittleSecrets and finds your profile will be able to see all your information and free posts without the paid content until he'll not becomes a paid subscriber.
Fans with Subscription Price
- Fans who have paid your subscription price can see your paid posts.
- Fans can view all your current posts and future posts after they subscribe.
